What is it?
Webdoka New Tab is a browser extension that replaces the default new tab page with a custom dashboard. You see your saved pages as visual cards — with thumbnails or icons — and get quick access to search, folders, and widgets.
What is it for?
For anyone who wants to keep important pages at hand without cluttering the bookmarks bar: save a part of a page or the whole page as a visual bookmark, group them in folders, search from the new tab, and use widgets like weather.
What it does
- Visual bookmarks — cards with preview or icon, title, URL; open or delete in one click.
- Capture area — select a rectangle on the page and save it as a bookmark.
- Save full page or quick-save to Unassigned.
- Folders — organize cards; drag & drop; grouped view by folder.
- Search from the new tab — classic engines and AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot).
- Widgets — Weather and more; customizable layout.
