Card preview (current behaviour, v1.2+)

There is no Thumbnail / Favicon toggle anymore. Each card uses one preview pipeline: custom thumbnail → saved screenshot → auto preview from the URL → favicon fallback.

• Grid density comes from scale and grouped view, not a preview “mode”.
